My favorite food in summer

Greetings to everyone who has come across this post. I never thought I'd have to post about myself, but here we go.

Kuchen, it is one of my favorite desserts, regardless of its flavor or size, they are my first choice in the months of January and February.

My decision for kuchen as my favorite food (although I prefer to call it dessert), is its flavor and versatility in the ingredients that can be added to it.

I know that a dessert like kuchen is not healthy to overeat, just like anything else.

The truth is that making a kuchen is not difficult, but you have to find the trick to the dough, so that it is neither too thin nor too thick, and depending on what the consumer prefers, whether it is crunchy or soft. A good way to have a perfect dough to taste is to ask your family or someone you know if they can teach you how to make it. In case you don't have anyone to help you with this step, there are good tutorials on the internet on how to make a good dough, you just have to search.

Filling is a totally different world, one can be very imaginative. In general, fruity flavors are chosen, you can opt for red fruits or nuts, fruits such as peach, apple or pineapple, with a base of pastry cream or cornstarch.

In order to bind the dough with the filling, I must first bake the dough until or very close to set. To bind the dough with the filling, you must first bake the dough until cooked or almost done, then add the filling and cook for a few more minutes.

"Let it rest and enjoy your creation", That's what my aunt told me when she taught me how to make a kuchen.
