Who am I?

Luis Ernesto Matamoros (1925-2004) Greetings to everyone who has come across this post. I never thought I'd have to post about myself, but here we go. To be honest, I had never asked myself that question. It didn't seem important to me and I didn't want to answer it. Since I don't have a person from my field that I admire, I had to look for someone who would fit the profile. The first brake I had was when choosing a person, not because there were many people to choose from, but because there were very few. The problem arises from the beginning of the sciences, since Chemistry and Pharmacy, did not have or possess that name. In ancient times, Pharmacy and Medicine were practically the same, and only later would Pharmacy separate from Medicine to be known as a separate science. Kuchen, it is one of my favorite desserts, regardless of its flavor or size, they are my first choice in the months of January and February. My decision for kuchen as my favorite food (although I prefer to call it dessert), is its flavor and versatility in the ingredients that can be added to it. I know that a dessert like kuchen is not healthy to overeat, just like anything else. The truth is that making a kuchen is not difficult, but you have to find the trick to the dough, so that it is neither too thin nor too thick, and depending on what the consumer prefers, whether it is crunchy or soft.  A good way to have a perfect dough to taste is to ask your family or someone you know if they can teach you how to make it.  In case you don't have anyone to help you with this step, there are good tutorials on the internet...
